All enquiries will be answered within 2 working days.
All customers outside the UK should contact us by email stating which products they wish to order. We will then confirm the total price, which will include all shipping costs.
Our prices include VAT at the rate of 20% and are chargeable to all customers within the E.U.
For orders sent to customers outside the E.U. then your confirmation order will be zero rated for VAT purposes and 20% will be deducted from the inclusive order amount. This confirmation will include your delivery charges and must be confirmed by email before we action delivery. Any Import/Sales taxes applicable in your country are your responsibility.
All transaction will be charged in GB pounds.
We accept the following credit and debit cards in addition to PayPal.
Your credit card will only be debited 24hrs before despatch.
For customers within the UK delivery costs will be automatically calculated on your invoice, with free delivery until November.
For all customers outside the UK we will acknowledge your order with details of your shipping costs. We will not action your order until we receive your acceptance by email of these. Please remember that any import duties due in your country is your responsibility.
All orders will be shipped from our warehouse within seven days of your order being confirmed unless we notify you otherwise.
Our online order procedure uses a secure system; all information you send us is encrypted during transit so your payment and address details are protected from any eavesdropping. Only we at Sculpture Artists can access this and we also guarantee not to pass your information to any third party.
We want you to be pleased with your purchase but please read this section carefully before asking for a return or credit.
If you are not satisfied with your sculpture then you are entitled to a full refund including the original delivery charge. Please email us that you are returning it and ensure it arrives with us within 8 working days of you receiving it. It should be packed securely and returned in its original packaging including the inner and outer boxes. Once we receive it we will make a refund to your credit card account.
Should your order be damaged or sub standard then we will send you a replacement and your shipping costs returning the original to us will be credited to your card account. Alternatively if you wish we will issue a full credit on it’s return to our warehouse this will include shipping costs both ways.
